​With a major winter storm set to bash the northeast and mid-Atlantic today, it seemed like a good time to answer a question I sometimes get: If someone is driving when the local government has told people not to drive, will that person's auto liability insurance cover her if she gets in an accident?

This was a question which i used to ask myself. With government restricting people from doing their normal chores during natural calamities, people become doubtful whether or not to claim their insurance coverage, if they move against government's will.Thanks for being so informative. This one helped a lot.
