    Great info. I have not seen that exclusion on a policy yet but will be on the lookout for it. A big exposure not only for the property owner but the agent selling the policy if they were also unaware of the exclusion. At leat the old saying still holds true, "When in doubt, light it on fire". Obviously, don't do that!
